Morgan Bentley

Morgan Bentley is the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Family Office, where she oversees operations, team development, client experience, and the systems and processes that support the firm’s continued growth.

Morgan brings more than 26 years of leadership and operational experience from the title industry, where she spent her career running and managing title operations. That experience gave her a strong foundation in complex transactions, compliance, process management, client service, and leading teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

At Atlas Family Office, Morgan works across the organization to bring together the firm’s legal, tax, financial, and operational resources, helping create a coordinated experience for clients and strategic partners. She is especially focused on building scalable systems, strengthening communication between departments, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service throughout their relationship with Atlas.

Morgan believes that successful organizations are built through strong people, clear processes, accountability, and genuine relationships. She brings that philosophy to her leadership at Atlas while helping the firm continue to expand its capabilities and partnerships.

Outside of work, Morgan values time with her family and children and enjoys being actively involved in her community.
